Architecture & Concept

Site & Urban Design

The Site as a Landscape

The entire site is designed as a flowing park landscape. Buildings are arranged to respect the natural terrain, views, and the intuitive movement of visitors.

The complex consists of:

  • five main wellness and service buildings,

  • tranquil outdoor relaxation zones,

  • water features and resting areas,

  • pedestrian paths free from operational or service conflicts.

All technical and logistical facilities are concealed below ground level, housed in underground service floors connected by a continuous service corridor linking all buildings.

Architectural Concept

Natural Materials and Modern Solutions

The architecture of the project is rooted in traditional log-building principles, reinterpreted through a contemporary architectural approach and combined with renewable energy technologies.

The polygonal forms of the buildings:

  • create a sense of balance and safety,

  • support smooth and intuitive movement within the interiors,

  • naturally respond to light conditions and climate.

Materials used:

  • solid wood,

  • concrete, stone, and glass.

No plastics, no chemical surface treatments—only durable, sustainable materials with an emphasis on longevity, safety, and ease of maintenance.

Interiors & Atmosphere

An Environment That Shapes You

The interiors of the complex are designed to help visitors slow down naturally, without conscious effort.

Soft lighting, natural materials, and clear proportions create an environment that requires no instructions or guidance.

Each space has a distinct purpose and atmosphere—calm, focus, regeneration, or a place for gathering and connection.
